Eng. Aseel Al-Majali is an architectural engineer and social-impact infrastructure strategist with more than 13 years of multidisciplinary 360 experience spanning architectural design, sustainable planning, project execution, facility management, and socially driven built-environment transformation. Her work bridges engineering excellence with public-value creation, advancing inclusive, resilient, and future-ready environments that respond to community needs and national development priorities.

She has contributed to major national and international initiatives in collaboration with leading institutions, including the Royal Hashemite Court of Jordan, FIFA World Cup projects, the Crown Prince Foundation, the Ministry of Youth, the Ministry of Education, and cultural institutions. Through these engagements, she has supported the delivery of youth, education, sports, cultural, and civic infrastructure designed to expand opportunity, accessibility, and long-term social impact through sustainable and technology-enabled planning approaches.

Currently, Eng. Al-Majali serves as Director of Engineering and Facility Management at Al-Hussein Technical University, an initiative of the Crown Prince Foundation. As a member of the university’s founding engineering leadership team, she played a central role in shaping the campus vision and delivering accessible, inclusive, and future-oriented learning environments aligned with global best practices in technical education infrastructure. Her work contributes directly to strengthening pathways for youth empowerment, workforce readiness, and innovation-driven economic participation in Jordan.

Beyond her executive technical role, Eng. Al-Majali serves on the Steering Committee of the Urban Economy Forum (Canada), in partnership with UN-Habitat and their strategic partner for Jordan, consultant with the Global Disability Summit (Germany), and is a member of Jordan’s Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Through these platforms, she contributes to shaping policies and initiatives that promote accessibility, social inclusion, and human-centered city development at both national and global levels.

A strong advocate for socially responsive engineering, her work integrates emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and smart facility systems, into infrastructure strategy to ensure that strategies are practical, implementable, and future-ready. She brings a strong capacity for project execution, translating strategic vision into measurable results through the applied use of AI and IoT tools. She is particularly engaged in initiatives that connect youth participation with urban development processes and strengthen the relationship between infrastructure planning and long-term social resilience.

Eng. Al-Majali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and an MBA, is LEED® certified, and is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM). She has also completed executive training in Leadership, Organizations, and Change at MIT.
