Speaker Bio
Technology Strategy Leader | AI Governance & Digital Inclusion | Transforming National Visions into Digital Reality Technology has the power to redefine nations and economies, but meaningful transformation requires more than just infrastructure—it requires a foundation of trust, ethics, and inclusivity. With over 23 years of experience operationalizing corporate strategies within Government, Regulatory, and Telecommunications sectors, I operate at the intersection of innovation and governance. My mission is to bridge the gap between high-level national mandates and on-the-ground operational delivery. I specialize in translating complex strategic visions into executable roadmaps that drive inclusive economic growth and tangible value realization. Bridging Policy, Governance, and Innovation My career is defined by leading national-scale transformations. As a Commissioner and Board Member for the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) in Jordan (2019–2025), I spearheaded the operationalization of strategic visions aligned with National Economic Priorities. I owned the portfolio for critical infrastructure, managing the rollout of 5G and Fiber technologies to ensure successful national connectivity. Focus is on embedding digital outcomes into day-to-day governance, ensuring that we move beyond simple activity tracking to measuring tangible economic impact. Championing Digital Trust & AI Ethics In an era of rapid AI adoption, I advocate for Responsible Innovation. My approach to AI Governance is grounded in academic rigor and practical application. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in AI and Technology Management and hold an Executive Certification in Artificial Intelligence Strategies from MIT. I believe that building trusted digital ecosystems requires clear data privacy frameworks and ethical standards. I leverage my background in Cybersecurity Leadership (Duke University) to ensure that digital inclusion does not come at the cost of security or consumer rights. Global Thought Leadership & Mentorship I am deeply committed to shaping the global technology dialogue. I serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Harvard Business Review and the Internet of Things Community USA. I am also a frequent Keynote Speaker at major global forums, including: LEAP, MWC , ITU, World Bank, Global IoT Congress & TEDx. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of innovators. I am always open to connecting with fellow leaders, policymakers, and innovators who are dedicated to building a digital future that is inclusive, ethical, and transformative.
