Raad Ali is the Head of Technical Support and Consulting at GS1 Jordan, with 12 years of experience leading national and regional initiatives focused on GS1 standards, traceability, and digital supply chain transformation.

He has overseen several strategic projects, most notably developing the Asset Register and Inventory Management systems for the Ministry of Education, automating drug supply chains for the Ministry of Health, and the digital control project with the Ministry of Finance.

Raad played a key role in drafting the technical requirements for implementing global standards within regulatory initiatives for the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA). Additionally, he developed and manages the GS1 e-Academy as a comprehensive global training platform.

He holds an MBA in Information Technology and Communication and is a certified trainer and expert in GS1 global standards and consultancy.
